On Feb. 19, 1942, President Franklin Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which sparked the unconstitutional incarceration of 120,000 Americans of Japanese ancestry in U.S. concentration camps. What led FDR to sign this executive order which forever changed the lives of the inmates and their community?
