The national tour of the Ireichō will launch in Washington DC, where Executive Order 9066 that led to the mass incarceration of the Japanese American community on the Pacific Coast was issued, presented in conjunction with the National Archives and Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History for Day of Remembrance.
