The Museum will present an afternoon with Bamboo Ridge Press authors Juliet S. Kono, Darrell H.Y. Lum and Lois-Ann Yamanaka reading pieces in Hawai‘i Creole, or Pidgin. Kono, Lum, and Yamanaka invite you to listen to their poetry and fiction filled with distinctive island Japanese American sensibilities read in Pidgin.
