While individuals live longer than ever, the quality of their life is always a question. Senior fitness has become vital in maintaining a healthy existence through the golden years. The panelists will target several important health issues and also share their own experiences and practices that have kept them active as senior citizens. Come and learn the things you should know to lead a long and healthy life.

Featuring: Pam Dong, Tai Chi and Qi Gong practitioner, Hal Keimi, Taiko drummer, Marty Lipstein, who has completed 199 marathons, Sumi Onodera-Leonard, record-breaking senior runner, and Jerry Rubin of the Alliance of Survival
