Japanese American scholar and oral historian Arthur A. Hansen is guest of honor during an afternoon of reminiscences and oral histories from fellow scholars and friends.

• Arthur A. Hansen, professor emeritus of History at California State University Fullerton, past director of the university’s Lawrence de Graaf Center for Oral and Public History, and past senior historian at JANM.
• Bruce Embrey, executive director of the Manzanar Committee, as moderator.

About the Japanese American National Museum (JANM)

Established in 1985, JANM promotes understanding and appreciation of America’s ethnic and cultural diversity by sharing the Japanese American experience.
